Proposed DBE/ACDBE GOAL NOTICE
FAA has changed its policy from establishing DBE Goals each year to establishing a multiple-year goal for three years. The ACDBE Goals have always been based on a three year timeframe. The proposed DBE and ACDBE goals for the Florida Keys Marathon Airport and the Key West International Airport have been developed for FAA FY 2011-2013. These goals have been set in accordance with the regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), 49 CFR Part 26 and 23.

The proposed goal methodologies are available for public inspection at the office of the Key West International Airport during normal business hours for a period of thirty (30) days beginning on September 15, 2011.
Written comments will be accepted for a period of forty-five (45) days beginning
September 15, 2011.
